1. Patch management of Licensed Microsoft products and supported 3rd party applications only

2. SBS Managed Antivirus\Anti-spyware installation, updates and maintenance

3. No support included, all Remote and onsite visits billed at appropriate hourly rate

4. Site monitoring with extended reporting, weekly and monthly

5. Email notifications and ticketing

6. Option to purchase blocks of support at 10% discount (Min. 5 hrs. paid in advance)

Unlimited remote support

1 server and 5 PCs laptops or tablets $275 Additional devices $35 per PC $65 per server*

Includes all of the above package plus the following

​

1. Unlimited remote support via phone, email and remote access

2. Monitoring of client’s local server backup *As currently configured*

3. Escalated response times with guaranteed same day on site service

4. Microsoft License Management. (We will inventory and advise)

5. Asset\Inventory tracking

6. Network health monitoring with daily reporting

Premium Package +$10 per device (Minimum 5 devices)

Includes all of the above package plus the following

​

1. Priority 15-minute response time to any request for remote support

2. Guaranteed 4 hour response on-site service for hardware related business critical issues

3. 100GB offsite data backup per 5 devices using our state of the art SBS Technology encrypted cloud backup service

4. Additional storage available at discounted rates

5. Monthly 1 hr. site visit can be used for non-same day (Emergency) support

6. Mobile devices supported @ no extra charge
